About the Global Complementary Feeding Collective
Co-led by UNICEF and WHO, the Global Complementary Feeding Collective is a partnership of global agencies dedicated to improving nutrition for children aged 6 to 23 months through improved programming, policies and advocacy.
The Collective envisions a world where every family has access to the food, services and resources they need to nourish their children during the most critical window of growth and development.
The Collective provides tools, resources and support for complementary feeding advocates, helps policymakers and non-governmental organizations implement solutions and harnesses the possibilities of coordinated action to create measurable, sustainable improvements in complementary feeding.

Vision
A world where every child aged 6 to 23 months receives the healthy, nutritious and diverse foods they need to survive, grow and develop to their full potential, setting the stage for lifelong health; and where coordinated actions by the food, health and social protection systems intersect to provide every family with a strong web of coordinated support to nourish their children during the complementary feeding period.
Mission
To bring the urgent need for accelerated efforts and systems-level change to improve complementary feeding to the forefront of global, regional and country agendas, and to provide a forum for advocates, policymakers and non-governmental organizations to engage in powerful, coordinated actions to inspire and create change.
